Quantum Field Healing – Dr. David Hamilton

If you look inside any part of your body with a microscope, let’s say your hand, you find cells, you get your DNA and the center of the cell. You look inside the DNA you find atoms, in them you can see protons, neutrons, and electrons. And what’s a most amazing part is that inside an atom there is 99.99% empty space. If a proton was equal to the size of an apple, the closest electron would be the size of a grain of salt. And it would be approximately 2km away and that’s how much space you would get – πr2, particles themselves actually emerge essentially out of what’s called the Quantum Field. You can think of particles as just waves of energy or vibrations of energy which shifts your mind from thinking that something is seemingly solid and permanent, something can change and heal.

At that level of realization,  you know that’s a shift in consciousness as well because you suddenly feeling expanded. At that state of visualization, higher brainwave can’t reduce the command to heal. You’re picturing the disease as quantum waves of energy and you command the change in these waves to get rid of the disease. After that, you introduce new quantum waves of perfect health or fully recovered and that’s the crux of the visualization.

Kindness is good for the skin – Dr. David Hamilton

Kindness is good for your skin in fact it actually slows the aging of the skin. If you leave an apple on the table for a couple of weeks, it eventually wrinkles and wrinkling are caused by something called oxidation. Wrinkling of our skin is pretty much the same process, also called oxidation that’s why face creams have things called antioxidants in them because it slows down the aging process.

But kindness generally is a very powerful antioxidant in the body and studies recently on aging of skin found that if that antioxidant is present in the skin in high levels then the aging of the skin dramatically slows down and the antioxidants called oxytocin you can’t get it in your diet, you cannot eat or drink it, so the only way to get into your skin is through your behavior and how do you think, you got a lead from the heart, you be kind is your compassion, you show empathy, affection, anything that you say, heart-centered all of these things which produce the antioxidant called oxytocin in the skin and combat the aging process of your skin.

How to use your body to affect your Confidence and Self-esteem – Hamilton Way

When you feel happy your brain immediately projects onto your muscles, whatever you feel, you are putting weight over your face & body and it tugs the muscle called zygomaticus and is connected to the emotional areas of the brain. It goes the other way as well, it’s called bi-directional, which means how your feel is projected onto your body. What you do with your body actually projects back to the brain affects how you feel. One of the simplest ways to actually feel relaxed is to relax your shoulders, straighten your spine and then move in a really slow way purposely but slowly and actually and what it does your body is telling your brain that am relaxed so actually alters your brain chemistry. Similarly in the case of stress, when you feel stressed sometimes you start walking very fast.

What happens if you stop using your muscle? it shrinks and you feel uneasiness in your body’s postures because you feel that way. When you feel anxious, resources go to the hanging brain, so to overcome this you need to project these resources to the forebrain. The really cool exercise for diverting the direction of resources in the brain is to move your body or say start dancing effectively. Isn’t amazing how we can use our body even to overcome any anxious moments.

The Science Of Belief – Dr. David Hamilton

Dr. David Hamilton is the author of many great books and most of his books are regarding Healing. During his time as an organic chemist he became interested in mind aspect, however, that part of his journey already started when he was 11 and his mom was suffering from depression. When he was in high school, he found this book “Magic Powder of your Mind” and felt that could help his mom. He came to know that this book gave her mom a force faith and hope that was determined the positive attitude that she could navigate a way through the difficult times of her life through depression.

David’s moment of enlightenment or we can say that spiritual experience was at high when he came across the seminar lead by Tony Robbins where he used particular techniques to raise people’s emotion to help them get clarity of their mind. He found himself doing the same what Tony Robbins was doing but bringing in his own science and spirituality. He was so impressed by Tony, next day he resigned from his job and started helping people but this time in a spiritual way, not through medication. At that time, he already had the understanding of how our thinking is influencing the body and this is the time when his magical journey was started.

Being a Biochemist, he didn’t disregard the concept of drugs and medicine to heal people but he do tell them to use your mind as well so if you can cultivate an attitude that I can get through this, you will definitely get better or even start using visualization techniques where you can imagine the internal condition of the body and convert that picture from disease to healthy body with the help of your mind. He taught people how to use their mind as a powerful tool to speed up the healing process without any medication at all.

Check out this interview of Dr. David Hamilton, where he talked about his various techniques to heal people through the power of mind and belief.

Powers of The Mind! (What we all can actually do!)

Here, what I want to tell you is 100% real. These (Chi) energy healing has been practiced for over a thousand years. These are a unique presentation of how powerful our MIND & INTENTION really are and it is something incredible about “Power of the Mind” that how a person can control their mind with meditation.

There was this guy name Dynamo Jack (DJ), this was not his real name as he didn’t want to reveal his identity, who lived in china town of urban Java in the early 80s. DJ was an ear healer. He did the treatment by generating powerful energy directly from his own body into his patients. Sometimes he used the needles and sometimes just his hands. He called this energy Chi and it was so strong that he usually needed a grounder to hold his patients’ feet.

He also did deep meditation for two years and when he returned he felt how history was moving on into great change and the old wisdom was vanishing. So, he called a documentary team to film his techniques so that it will continue in the future. According to DJ, first people should learn to distinguish between yin and yang Chi in the body then how to pull it in navel chakra and then how to project it. It’s the proportionate mixture between yin and yang which accounts for different effects like pulling or pushing objects or igniting them.

There is also footage documenting the healing of a 3-inch diameter bladder cancer inside the body of a woman, who had been diagnosed by medical officials. The film shows a woman lying on a bed, she was fully awake and conscious. She believes in the process that’s about to happen before her. There was an ultrasound technician who was running an ultrasound wand over her lower abdomen that others could see on a split-screen television. On the left-hand side of the screen, they took a snapshot of freeze-frame of bladder cancer for reference. On the right-hand side of the screen, they were able to watch real-time as three practitioners stand behind her chanting a magical word working with the energy in her body. On the television screen, this cancerous tumor disappears in less than three minutes in real-time.

It is the power of mind which can heal things through concentration and meditation. You can watch this amazing documentary video:

Best Tips for More Stylish Look

Everyone wants to look different and unique, they keep changing their style statements so that it became a trend. Here are a few trending tips for your stylish look:

  1. Before trying a new skincare product, visit your local skincare counter and ask for sample sizes first. Use those and see how your skin reacts after the first few days. Then decide if you want to pay full price.
  2. A trade secret for models that have dark circles is to apply black eyeliner and glossy mascara to the top lids and lashes only. Leave the bottom lashes dusted with eye shadow and powder.
  3. For a do-it-yourself lip exfoliator, apply a small amount of cocoa butter and sugar onto your fingertip or toothbrush and gently brush onto your lips. Rinse afterward. Do this 1-2 times a day for smooth lips.
  4. Keep your hands young by using hand cream/lotion every day. Keep it in your purse, car or at your desk at work. A small amount each day will preserve your hands’ youth for years to come.
  5. Natural bristles pick up more color, causing makeup to fall around the lower crease of the eye making dark circles look darker. To neutralize bluish circles, choose a brown eye shadow with a subtle gold shimmer.
  6. Lip liner should be used for lipstick colors that are darker or really bright. These types of lip color tend to spread over the lips, causing an undefined look. Natural or lighter shades should skip the liner.
  7. The next time you do your manicure at home, let your nail polish sit for about a minute. Next, put your nails underneath cold water for about 15 seconds. This process gets your nails drier quicker.
  8. Sensitive skin types should stick to skincare products that are free of heavy scents and fragrances, as these contain chemicals that can irritate the skin. Avoid scrubbing your face and over washing.
  9. Keep breakouts and pimples at bay by not touching your face with your hands often. The bacteria and oils on your fingers can easily transfer to your complexion, making it a breeding ground for pimples.
  10. To find the perfect jean, curvy figures should choose dark denim with a longer, boot cut. You will look your best in styles that draw attention to your entire silhouette rather than to a specific area.
  11. Do you wear glasses or sunglasses regularly? Then make sure you clean them. Daily eyewear can cause excess oil to clog the pores around your nose and eye area, making it easier for breakouts to occur.
  12. It’s best to color coordinate your eye shadow with your hair and eye color, not the outfit you’re wearing. For a neutral look, match your eye shadow color with your eye color, hair color, and your skin tone.
  13. Add lowlights to your hair color for a deeper, more stylish look. Adding pieces of darker color adds dimension and helps to blend existing highlights with your natural color.
  14. For sultry eyes that speak your mind while you keep them guessing just what you’re up to, apply a dark gray shadow close to the lash line. This adds dimension and eases dark under-eye circles.

  14. Add a touch of glitter to your lips if you’d rather play up your lips than your eyes. You can find lip colors already infused with glitter and shimmer or layer on your regular lipstick and top with glittery gloss.
  15. To build up thin brows, try some eye shadow in a shade close to your brows. Apply it with an angled brush to fill in thin areas. Be sure not to go too dark with the shadow to keep the look natural.
  16. Since blemishes are raised, they cast a shadow when the light hits them. To combat this, apply one shade darker than your skin to the top of the blemish and one shade lighter than your skin to the bottom.
  17. Many scrubs contain aromatic essential oils: geranium tightens and tones skin, chamomile is calming for sensitive skin, sage soaks up oily skin and eucalyptus does some serious sinus-clearing.
  18. When choosing anti-wrinkle creams, you’ll have to decide between natural and synthetic. Choose products with vitamin C or E for natural formulas and Alpha/Beta Hydroxyl or Odobenine for synthetic.
